Ordering & Fitment

Will this part fit my car?

Check the fitment list on the product page first — it shows the exact years, models, trims, and chassis codes the part was built for. If your car is listed and matches, you're good. If anything's unclear, message us with your year, model, trim, and VIN before ordering and we'll confirm. We'd rather spend two minutes checking than deal with a return.

What information do you need from me to confirm fitment?

Year, model, trim level, and chassis code at minimum. The VIN is the gold standard — it removes all guesswork, especially for cars with mid-year changes or regional variants. A photo of your existing part or mounting area helps too for things like exhausts and body kits.

What if I'm not sure it fits?

Don't order yet. Send us your vehicle details and we'll check with the factory — they have the CAD data and test-fit records. If we can't confirm fitment with confidence, we'll tell you honestly instead of taking your money and hoping.

Do you verify fitment before shipping?

Yes. On every order we sanity-check the part against the vehicle info you provided. If something doesn't line up — say you ordered an F30 part but your VIN decodes to a G20 — we'll contact you before anything ships. This check catches most mistakes, but the final responsibility is still yours, so give us accurate info.

What does "chassis code" mean and where do I find it?

The chassis code is the manufacturer's internal code for your car's generation — like F30 (BMW 3 Series 2012–2018), MK7 (VW Golf 2015–2021), or S550 (Mustang 2015–2023). It's the single most reliable way to identify your car for parts. Google "[your car] chassis code" and you'll find it in seconds. Your VIN also encodes it.

Can I get parts for a rare or older car?

Sometimes. Our factories cover the most popular platforms deepest (BMW F/G chassis, VW/Audi MQB, Mustang, WRX/STI, Civic, etc.). For rarer cars, message us — if a factory makes it, we'll find it. If nobody makes it, we'll tell you straight rather than sell you something close-but-wrong.

Will I need to modify the part to make it fit?

Factory-direct parts are built to OEM mounting points and should bolt on without modification when the fitment is correct. If a part is known to need minor trimming or adjustment, the product page says so explicitly. We don't sell "universal fit" parts that require fabrication unless they're clearly labeled as such.

Do I need a professional to install these parts?

We strongly recommend it. Bolt-ons like intakes and charge pipes are DIY-friendly if you're handy. Exhaust systems, suspension, wheels, and anything structural should go to a qualified shop. Bad installs cause most of the "defective part" complaints we see — and installation labor isn't covered under warranty.

Sourcing & Quality

Why are your prices so low? What's the catch?

There's no catch — there's just no middleman. A typical branded part passes through the factory, an importer, a distributor, and a retailer, each adding margin. We buy from the factory and ship to you. You can see our math on every product page: factory cost, our margin, done. The "catch" is you wait for factory-direct shipping, and delivery times vary by destination instead of 2.

Where are the parts actually made?

China — from vetted factories we've qualified on quality, transaction history, and consistency. We're upfront about this because the alternative (pretending otherwise) is lying. A huge share of the "premium" branded parts in this industry come out of the same industrial regions; the difference is usually the logo and the markup, not the metal.

Are these the same parts as the big brand names?

Sometimes literally the same factory, sometimes a comparable factory making an equivalent design. What we won't do: sell you a counterfeit with someone else's logo on it. Our parts are unbranded or carry our own branding. You're paying for the part, not the badge.

How do you vet your manufacturers?

Every factory we work with has to show: a 4.5+ rating on their trade platform, real transaction history (not a fresh account), consistent product across batches, and responsive communication for fitment questions. We order samples before listing anything new, and factories that slip on quality get dropped. If a supplier can't show us their numbers, we don't list their parts.

Are these knockoffs or fakes?

No. Knockoffs copy a brand's product and slap the brand's logo on it — that's counterfeiting, and we don't touch it. Our parts are generic or original designs from the factory: same materials, same function, no stolen branding. There's a real difference between "unbranded equivalent" and "fake," and we're firmly on the right side of it.

Is the carbon fiber real?

Yes — and the product page tells you exactly what kind. Dry carbon (pre-preg, autoclave-cured) is the lightweight premium stuff; wet carbon (resin-infused) is heavier but still real carbon fiber and much cheaper. We label which is which on every listing. If a listing doesn't say, ask us before buying.

What's the difference between your titanium and stainless exhausts?

Both are real, both sound great, they just serve different buyers. Stainless (typically 304) is durable, affordable, and the right call for most people. Titanium is roughly 40% lighter with a distinct higher-pitched tone, but it costs more and can crack if poorly welded — which is why we only list titanium from factories with proven welding quality. Neither material makes more power on its own; geometry and flow do that.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

Yes — 12 months against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a weld cracks, a finish fails, or something's wrong that traces back to how it was made, we repair, replace, or refund. Wear items, damage from bad installs, and misuse aren't covered — standard stuff. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full terms.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Honest answer: 10–20 business days from when your order ships, after 1–3 business days of processing. That's the real timeline for factory-direct shipping from China. Anyone promising 5-day delivery on factory-direct parts is lying to you.

Do I get tracking?

Every order, no exceptions. Tracking number hits your email as soon as the part leaves the factory, and you can follow it door-to-door.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Maybe — it depends on your country, and it's your responsibility. US orders under $800 typically clear without extra charges. EU, UK, Canada, and Australia buyers are more likely to see VAT/GST or duties based on local thresholds. Check your country's rules before ordering so there are no surprises. We declare real values on customs forms — no "gift" marking, no under-declaring.

Which countries do you ship to?

Most countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. If checkout doesn't offer your country, contact us first and we'll figure it out.

Can I pay for faster shipping?

On some products, express options are available at checkout — they'll cut transit roughly in half but cost significantly more (air freight for a hood isn't cheap). Processing time stays the same either way since the factory still has to pull and check your part.

What happens during Chinese New Year?

Factories shut down for roughly two weeks (usually late January / early February). Orders placed right before or during the holiday will be delayed — we'll tell you upfront if your order is affected and give you the real timeline. Nothing ships until the factories reopen.

What if my package is lost or stuck?

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, contact us and we'll trace it with the carrier. If it's dark for 21 days past the estimated delivery window, we treat it as lost: your choice of reship or full refund. You're not left hanging.

The tracking says delivered but I don't have it — now what?

Check with neighbors, building management, and around your property first — carriers mark things delivered early more often than anyone admits. If it's genuinely missing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Warranty

What if the part doesn't fit my car?

If we confirmed fitment with you before shipping and it's still wrong, that's on us — full refund or replacement, we cover return shipping. If fitment wasn't verified and you ordered the wrong part, you cover return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. This is why we push the VIN check so hard.

What if my part arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll ship a replacement or refund you — at our cost, no restocking fee. For minor cosmetic damage, we may offer a partial refund if you'd rather keep the part. Don't install a damaged part before contacting us.

I changed my mind. Can I return it?

Within 30 days of delivery, yes — as long as it's unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. You pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies. Installed, modified, or painted parts can't be returned for change of mind.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm a defect from your photos), the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank might take a few extra days to show it.

What's covered under the 12-month warranty?

Manufacturing defects: bad welds, finish failures, parts that break under normal use because of how they were made. Not covered: wear and tear, damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or motorsport/competition use (unless the product page specifically rates it for that).

Do I need the original packaging for a return?

For change-of-mind returns, yes — it needs to come back in resellable condition. For defective or damaged items, just pack it safely; we don't need the original box.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. All processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant platform with full encryption. We never see or store your complete card number — it goes straight to the payment processor.

What currency are prices in?

USD. If you're paying in another currency, your bank handles the conversion at their rate — we don't add any conversion markup.

Are taxes included in the price?

US sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Import duties and VAT for international orders are not included — see the Shipping section above.

Do you store my card details?

No. Payment details are tokenized by our processor. We keep your order history (what you bought, where we shipped it) for warranty and support — that's it.

Is it safe to buy from a site that ships from China?

The risk with overseas buying has never really been the country — it's been not knowing who you're buying from. We vet every factory, we show you real specs and real photos, every order has tracking, and our return policy is written in plain English and actually honored. If a part's wrong, we fix it. That's the whole trust model.
