Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By using the StealthTorque store ("the store," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the store.

1. What we sell

We sell factory-direct aftermarket automotive parts sourced from vetted manufacturing partners in China. Product descriptions, specifications, images, and fitment information are provided to help you buy correctly — we work to keep them accurate, but minor variations in finish, packaging, or hardware can occur between production runs. If something material changes about a product you've ordered, we'll tell you before it ships.

2. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, duties, and taxes are calculated separately where applicable.
  • We can correct pricing errors. If we list a price that's obviously wrong, we'll contact you before processing the order — you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment. We can decline or cancel any order (suspected fraud, stock issues, fitment concerns) and refund you in full.

3. Fitment is your responsibility — with our help

Aftermarket parts must match your exact vehicle. You are responsible for confirming year, model, trim, chassis code, and VIN before ordering. We provide fitment guides on every product page and we'll verify with you when something looks off — but the final call that a part fits your car is yours.

Our returns policy spells out what happens when fitment wasn't verified. Read it before ordering.

4. Installation — professional install recommended

Many of our parts affect safety-critical systems (braking, steering, suspension, structural body panels). We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified mechanic or body shop.

  • We are not liable for damage, injury, or costs resulting from improper installation, modification, or misuse of our parts.
  • Installing aftermarket parts can affect your vehicle's manufacturer warranty and may not comply with local emissions or road-safety regulations (for example: catless downpipes, modified lighting, ride-height changes). Checking your local laws is on you.
  • Parts used in motorsport, competition, or off-road use are sold as-is for that purpose unless the product page states otherwise.
  • Assumption of risk: High-performance and aftermarket parts carry inherent risks. By purchasing and installing our parts, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for ensuring parts are appropriate for your vehicle and use case.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details on processing, transit times, tracking, customs/duties (buyer's responsibility), and lost packages.

6. Returns, refunds, warranty

Covered in our Returns & Refunds policy: 30-day return window, fitment-verification rule, defect coverage at our cost, 15% restocking fee on buyer-error and change-of-mind returns, 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty. That policy is part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on this store — text, images, layout, branding — is ours or licensed to us. Don't copy product photos or descriptions for your own store. (Yes, we've seen it happen.)

Product designs themselves come from the factories we work with. We don't sell counterfeit branded goods — if a part is a generic/unbranded design, we say so.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the store for fraud, don't try to break it, don't scrape our catalog to clone it. We can suspend accounts that abuse the store.

9. Warranty disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our parts are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in our Returns & Refunds policy (12-month manufacturing-defect warranty). We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here overrides rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law: our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including labor costs for installation or removal, towing, rental cars, lost use of your vehicle, or damage to your vehicle or other property.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you — your local consumer rights still stand.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our parts, improper installation, modification of parts, use in violation of local laws, or violation of these terms.

12. Disputes — binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this carefully. It affects your rights.

  • Informal resolution first. If we have a dispute, contact us first — most issues get resolved with one email.
  • Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it informally within 30 days, either of us may require the dispute to be resolved by binding individual arbitration (not in court), administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial.
  • No class actions. You and we agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis — no class, collective, or representative actions, and no consolidation with other claims.
  • Small claims exception. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
  • Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first order by emailing us — then disputes go to state or federal court in California.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands, and the unenforceable part will be interpreted to give it the maximum enforceable effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes

We can update these terms. The version posted here is the current one, and your order is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.
